Account Executive

Xplor is hiring a full-time Account Executive to build and expand merchant relationships remotely from Brownwood, TX. You'll drive revenue growth and customer success by managing strategic accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering solutions that help our partners thrive within our platform.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete relationship lifecycle with assigned merchant accounts in our sales and activation division. This remote position based in Brownwood, TX combines independent work with collaborative problem-solving. You'll be the trusted advisor for your accounts, guiding them through onboarding, implementation milestones, and ongoing optimization to maximize their investment and drive mutual growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and execute account growth strategies to increase product adoption and merchant revenue
• Lead regular business reviews to uncover expansion opportunities and align on strategic priorities
• Partner with internal implementation, support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Qualify inbound leads and prospective accounts while managing active sales opportunities through close
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress against personal revenue targets
• Cultivate long-term partnerships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and measurable business impact

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in enterprise or mid-market account management or consultative sales roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities across all buyer levels
• Self-motivated professional with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas independently
• Comfortable working remotely with strong time management and accountability practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
• Familiarity with payment processing, merchant services, or SaaS environments is beneficial
