Account Executive

Xplor is hiring a full-time Account Executive to join our remote sales team, helping merchants and businesses in San Angelo, TX and beyond unlock growth through our platform. In this role, you'll build relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients while driving revenue in a fast-paced, independent sales environment.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to own the sales relationship from discovery through onboarding. As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll identify high-value merchant prospects, understand their unique business challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable results. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new merchant and business accounts within your target markets
• Develop and execute territory plans that consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position Xplor solutions
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial contact through contract signing
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referral opportunities
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in our CRM
• Coordinate with support and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in merchant services, payments, or SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed revenue targets consistently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Comfort prospecting cold leads and working independently in a fully remote role
• CRM proficiency and familiarity with sales development tools
• Resourceful problem-solver with strong follow-through and organizational discipline
