What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess musculoskeletal injuries using evidence-based clinical techniques

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate patients on injury prevention, lifestyle modification, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers on care coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical treatment environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Current certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification
- Valid athletic training license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven clinical experience in athletic training or sports medicine
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to perform hands-on treatment and patient handling
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
