US Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician to join our Broken Arrow, OK clinic in a part-time role. You'll support our licensed therapists and directly assist patients as they progress through their rehabilitation and recovery.
Position Summary
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll be the backbone of our patient care team, working alongside experienced therapists to deliver rehabilitation services that make a real impact. Your hands-on support helps patients safely progress through exercises, modalities, and treatments designed to restore function and improve quality of life. You'll engage directly with patients, contribute to their care experience, and help maintain the operations that keep our clinic running smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists during patient treatment sessions
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
- Set up and clean treatment spaces and equipment
- Observe and document patient responses to therapy
- Help transfer and position patients safely during treatment
- Greet patients, answer intake questions, and create a welcoming clinic environment
- Support front desk and administrative functions as assigned
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Genuine interest in healthcare and patient support
- Physical capability to assist patients and manage clinic equipment
- Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to follow protocols and work as part of a team
- Compassion and patience with patients at all recovery stages
- Understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality
