Role Overview

As a Goods Flow Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly. Working part-time, you'll coordinate the movement of inventory across our Mandaue City facility, ensuring products flow efficiently from receiving through to distribution. This position sits at the heart of our retail logistics operation, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming goods according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels
• Assist in organizing and staging products for dispatch to retail locations
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
• Support the logistics team in optimizing warehouse layout and product placement
• Help troubleshoot discrepancies between system records and physical inventory
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment and receiving targets
