Physical Therapy Technician

US Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our clinical team in Broken Arrow, OK, US. As a part-time staff member, you'll work directly alongside licensed physical therapists to deliver patient-focused care and support the recovery journey of our community.

Position Summary

This part-time position offers meaningful work in a patient-centered physical therapy clinic. You'll serve as a vital support member of our clinical team, preparing treatment areas, assisting patients during therapeutic sessions, and helping maintain the safe, clean environment that our patients depend on for their recovery. Whether you're beginning your career in healthcare or making a transition into clinical rehabilitation support, this role provides daily hands-on experience, direct patient interaction, and exposure to physical therapy practices in a professional setting.

Core Duties

• Assist licensed physical therapists during patient treatment sessions and therapy exercises
• Prepare, organize, and maintain treatment rooms and therapeutic equipment
• Help patients perform prescribed exercises while providing encouragement and monitoring safety
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and movement assistance
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and progress documentation
• Communicate with patients to address concerns and ensure they understand their therapy goals
• Uphold infection control standards and maintain clinic cleanliness and organization

• Ability to follow clinical protocols, treatment plans, and documentation requirements accurately

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support other clinical staff
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
