What You'll Do
- Apply analytical expertise to digital strategy and digital planning projects
- Perform modelling, data analysis, and research to support the digitisation of planning processes
- Design and build automated data pipelines in Python to streamline key modelling workflows
- Write robust, well-tested code that adheres to internal quality standards
- Create clear, persuasive reports, technical documentation, and client presentations
- Work across internal specialists in transport, energy, digital systems, and modelling
- Ensure consultancy projects meet delivery deadlines, quality expectations, and budgets
- Respond flexibly to shifting priorities and emerging needs across the wider consultancy
Who We're Looking For
- PhD-level expertise in a relevant quantitative or technical discipline
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building analytical pipelines
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous data analysis and statistical modelling
- Capability to deliver high-quality technical outputs and client-facing communication
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and respond flexibly to project evolution
