What You'll Do

- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all clinical activities.

- Attend scheduled educational workshops, simulation labs, and debriefing sessions to reinforce learning.

What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri or eligibility for licensure upon graduation.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) welcomed but not required.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that averages 36 hours per week, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
