Assistant Manager Logistics Training

Delivery Hero is seeking an Assistant Manager for Logistics Training in Doha, Qatar, to lead the development and delivery of training programmes that prepare our operations teams for excellence. This full-time position plays a key role in building capability across our logistics network and ensuring teams have the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best.

Position Summary

As Assistant Manager Logistics Training, you will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training initiatives that support our logistics operations. Working closely with operations leadership and training teams, you'll identify skill gaps, develop targeted learning solutions, and measure training effectiveness across multiple locations and functions. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver logistics training programmes tailored to the needs of operations teams
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust curriculum based on performance metrics and feedback
• Coach and mentor training staff to maintain high-quality delivery across all sessions
• Create training materials, documentation, and resources that enable self-directed learning
• Collaborate with operations managers to identify emerging training priorities
• Track participant progress and maintain training records and compliance documentation
• Support the onboarding and induction of new logistics personnel
• Stay current with logistics industry standards and best practices to keep programmes relevant

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or related operational environments
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences
• Project management skills and experience designing structured programmes
• Proficiency with training platforms and basic data analysis tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership capability and confidence working across teams and levels
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, education, or a related field is preferred
