About This Position

As an Account Manager at Delivery Hero in Makkah, you will own the relationship lifecycle with assigned merchant partners and strategic accounts. Your primary focus is to understand partner needs, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver solutions that help restaurants, small businesses, and merchants thrive on our platform. You'll be the trusted advisor who connects operational excellence with commercial results, managing accounts from onboarding through long-term partnership development. This role combines consultative sales, account strategy, and relationship management in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchant partners and key accounts across the Makkah region
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase partner revenue and platform usage
• Develop account plans tailored to partner goals and market conditions
• Track account performance metrics, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and resolve operational issues
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and account growth objectives
• Gather market feedback to inform product and service enhancements

What You Bring

• Proven account management or sales experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or food delivery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPIs
• Problem-solving orientation and customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous
• Arabic and English fluency required
