Delivery Hero is seeking a Head of Account Management for our Taguig, Philippines office. In this full-time leadership position, you'll drive partner success and revenue growth by building and managing high-performing account management teams and key restaurant and merchant relationships across our platform.

About This Position

As Head, Account Management at Delivery Hero, you'll lead our account management function in Taguig, responsible for developing and executing strategy that maximizes partner value, retention, and growth. This full-time role reports to senior leadership and requires both strategic vision and hands-on engagement with our restaurant and merchant partners. You'll oversee account teams, develop processes, and own P&L responsibility for key account segments. Based in Taguig, this position is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and builds lasting partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the account management team, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of partner-first excellence
  • Own account strategy, segmentation, and planning to drive retention, expansion, and net revenue retention across the partner base
  • Manage high-value restaurant and merchant partnerships, ensuring partner success and satisfaction on the Delivery Hero platform
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upsell opportunities, and retention initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, KPIs, and performance trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, product, and customer support to resolve partner issues and improve the partner experience
  • Build and implement account management processes, tools, and best practices to improve team efficiency and partner outcomes

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of account management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven track record of driving account growth, retention, and revenue expansion in a SaaS, platform, or technology environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility or metrics such as net revenue retention and customer lifetime value
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with comfort working in fast-paced, data-driven settings
  • Familiarity with food delivery, logistics, platform business models, or similar B2B environments is a plus
