Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to field methodologies and quality assurance standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, environmental engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in wetland delineation and jurisdictional wetland determination
  • Hands-on experience leading protected species surveys and habitat assessments
  • Proficiency in GIS, database systems, and technical documentation software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory and client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently in field environments and effectively lead small field teams
  • Professional certifications such as Professional Biologist or Certified Ecologist preferred
