About the Role
As an Account Manager at Delivery Hero, you'll take ownership of regional accounts and play a pivotal role in our sales strategy. Your focus will be on developing long-term relationships with key partners, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering measurable growth. You'll operate with autonomy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure mutual success and sustainable partnership development.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned regional accounts across Spain
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your regions
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to resolve customer challenges
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report on pipeline and forecast
- Onboard new partners and ensure smooth implementations and launches
- Advocate for customer needs internally and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Availability to work during European business hours
