Vituity is recruiting an Anesthesiology Physician to join our physician-led partnership in Milo, Iowa, Iowa. This is a full-time opportunity where you'll practice medicine as a true partner, not an employee—with clinical autonomy, leadership input on group decisions, and access to national resources.

About the Role

As an Anesthesiology Physician with Vituity, you'll deliver perioperative anesthesia care across surgical and procedural services. This role combines direct patient care with the professional autonomy that comes from practicing within a physician-owned partnership structure. You'll work alongside colleagues who share your commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative practice.

What You'll Do

• Manage preoperative assessment, anesthetic planning, and preparation for surgical patients
• Administer and monitor general, regional, and local anesthesia during operative procedures
• Maintain patient safety through continuous hemodynamic and respiratory monitoring
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care
• Collaborate with surgical teams and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical protocol development
• Contribute to the professional governance of your practice group

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO in Anesthesiology with board certification (BE or BC) or board eligibility
• Valid medical license in Iowa
• Current DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
• Collaborative communication style and teamwork orientation
• Interest in practicing within a physician-owned partnership model
