Physician – Anesthesiology (Up to $150k Sign On Bonus)

Vituity seeks an experienced Anesthesiology Physician to join our team in Monroe, Jasper County. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, including an up to $150,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to practice medicine as part of a physician-owned partnership model.

What You'll Do

• Provide perioperative anesthesia management for surgical patients across multiple specialties
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage intraoperative care
• Oversee recovery and postoperative pain management
• Collaborate with surgical teams and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer consultation

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO in Anesthesiology with Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Current, unrestricted medical license in Iowa
• Active DEA registration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
• Experience in acute care anesthesia delivery
