About This Opportunity

Vituity is actively recruiting CRNAs to strengthen anesthesiology services in the Indianola region. This part-time CRNA position offers the flexibility many healthcare professionals seek while providing meaningful work in a collaborative clinical setting. You'll practice at the full scope of anesthesia administration, working alongside board-certified anesthesiologists and a dedicated surgical team committed to excellent outcomes and safe, evidence-based care.

What You'll Do

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across surgical and procedural settings
• Conduct thorough pre-operative anesthetic risk assessment and patient optimization
• Manage airways, fluid therapy, and hemodynamic stability throughout operative and recovery phases
• Monitor critical patient parameters and respond promptly to physiological changes
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Document anesthetic care accurately and maintain full regulatory and institutional compliance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice advancement

What We're Looking For

• Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active, unrestricted nursing license in the State of Iowa
• Established experience administering anesthesia in perioperative environments
• Sound clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic surgical settings
• Strong communication and interprofessional collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
