Vituity is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesiology team at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center in Bondurant, Iowa, Iowa. This is a part-time position offering competitive compensation and up to $50,000 in sign-on bonus eligibility.

About the Role

As a CRNA with Vituity, you'll deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical cases while serving as an integral member of the perioperative team. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise, judgment, and dedication directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to our commitment to advancing anesthesiology practice.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients pre-operatively, develop individualized anesthesia plans, and communicate clinical recommendations to surgeons and the care team
• Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care throughout surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs, fluid balance, and physiological responses, adjusting anesthesia delivery as needed
• Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic support with clinical precision
• Participate in post-operative patient assessment and recovery management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals in a team-based care model
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Current CRNA certification and active Iowa nursing license
• Active DEA registration
• Strong clinical foundation with demonstrated competency in anesthesia delivery
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, physician-led anesthesia team
• Commitment to patient safety, continuous learning, and professional development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
