Role Overview

Vituity, a physician-owned and physician-led partnership, invites senior residents to participate in elective rotations during their final year of training. This program provides direct exposure to diverse clinical environments across our extensive network of facilities nationwide. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians, strengthen your diagnostic and therapeutic skills, and evaluate practice settings that match your professional aspirations.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive family medicine care in rotation settings across different hospitals within our network
• Collaborate with attending physicians and clinical teams to manage patient populations
• Apply your clinical knowledge in acute and preventive care scenarios
• Evaluate the practice environment, culture, and career fit of each rotation site
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and ongoing learning activities

Who We're Looking For

• Senior resident physicians in family medicine programs completing their final year of training
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a medical doctor
• Demonstrated clinical competence in family medicine practice
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
