About the Role
Vituity is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to deliver compassionate, high-quality acute care at Ascension St. Vincent Salem. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse patient population presenting with emergencies, acute injuries, and critical illnesses while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team committed to exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Assess and treat patients across the full spectrum of emergency medicine presentations
- Lead clinical decision-making in acute care, trauma, and resuscitation scenarios
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to optimize patient care
- Participate in departmental quality initiatives and professional development
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO degree with valid medical licensure in Indiana
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong clinical acumen and commitment to emergency medicine excellence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
