• Work side-by-side with physicians, nurses, and other team members to resolve medication questions or therapy adjustments
• Track pharmacy stock levels, place replenishment orders, and keep the work area organized and audit-ready
• Document interventions and maintain precise records that support continuous quality and compliance

What We're Looking For

• Active pharmacist licensure that permits practice in Tennessee
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy degree program such as a PharmD
• Clear verbal and written communication skills that put patients and fellow clinicians at ease
• Strong attention to detail and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Comfort handling both routine and complex medication-related situations during a full-time schedule
