Product Manager

Delivery Hero is seeking a Product Manager for a remote position based in Montevideo, Montevideo Department, UY. In this role, you'll drive product strategy and innovation that impacts millions of customers and restaurant partners across our global ecosystem.

This full-time Product Manager role offers the opportunity to shape the future of food delivery and online commerce. Working remotely from Montevideo, you'll own the product vision and execution for key initiatives that define our platform's direction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver experiences that matter to our users and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to uncover customer needs and validate product assumptions
• Build and prioritise product roadmaps based on customer value, business impact, and strategic goals
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver products from conception through launch and beyond
• Gather, synthesise, and act on user feedback to drive continuous product improvement
• Work with senior stakeholders to establish success metrics and track product performance against objectives
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through iteration and scaling

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management, product operations, or a closely related function
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and project management discipline
• Technical literacy and comfort learning new platforms and tools
• User-centred approach to problem-solving with genuine customer empathy
• Experience managing competing priorities and adapting to change in fast-paced environments
• Passion for digital marketplaces, food delivery, or related e-commerce sectors is a plus
