(fluent French & English) Technical Support Consultant (remotely)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization that supports global clients across multiple industries. Our talent team is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Consultant to join their remote workforce and deliver exceptional technical assistance to end users.

This is a fully remote position with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM–6 PM GMT+3). You'll work in a multicultural environment, supporting customers in both French and English while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Document customer interactions and inquiries in CRM systems
• Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with system updates and changes

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably technical support, in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support concepts (understanding of APIs, operating systems, and SaaS tools)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with constant attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
