Position Summary
We are hiring a product engineer to join SuperPlane and own meaningful projects end-to-end. This is a remote role, suitable for candidates within GMT+2 to GMT-3 time zones.
Core Duties
- Build API endpoints or improve workflow engines one day, then polish React surfaces the next
- Makes product and technical calls, asks for help when needed, and delivers features from start to finish
- Works independently at a mid-level to senior level with experience in shipping real products
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely full-stack with AI-driven workflow
- Strong backend experience in a systems-oriented language, preferably Go (expertise not required)
- Solid systems judgment for APIs, data models, reliability, and trade-offs
- Comfortable with TypeScript and React as part of the modern frontend stack
- Experience with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery
- Ambition for ownership rather than a narrow lane
- Desire to work in an early-stage company with high pace, standards, and big upside
