Senior SAP Consultant (m/w/d) – (technisches) Immobilienmanagement (SAP MM/PM/PS)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the real estate technology sector who is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on technical property management with emphasis on SAP MM/PM/PS modules. You'll work directly with clients on implementation, training, and solution optimization while having the opportunity to grow into project leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on SAP implementation for maintenance management, construction planning, and construction controlling
• Perform analysis, development, and implementation tasks in SAP projects
• Ensure quality assurance of SAP solutions for technical property management
• Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops, supporting key users
• Contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions for the real estate industry
• Progress toward (partial) project leadership responsibilities over time

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate or construction industries
• Strong knowledge in at least one SAP component: MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), or PS (Project Systems)
• Ideally, prior consulting experience
• Openness to new technologies and innovative solution approaches with ability to apply them in client projects
• Fluent German language skills for client consultation
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to share knowledge and value teamwork
