Nutrition Sanitation Rep, PRN

Join Piedmont Healthcare Inc. as a Nutrition Sanitation Representative at our Atlanta, Fulton County location. In this PRN (as-needed) role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the hygiene and operational excellence of our nutrition and dietary services.

Position Summary

We're seeking a reliable Nutrition Sanitation Representative to support the cleanliness, sanitization, and efficiency of our kitchen and food service operations. This position ensures that all equipment, work areas, and dining carts meet strict health and safety standards. You'll work flexible hours as needed, collaborating with our nutrition and dietary team to keep our patients receiving quality meal service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain pristine conditions throughout the kitchen, including all work surfaces and storage spaces
• Operate and maintain the automatic dishwasher and three-compartment sink system
• Clean, inspect, and retrieve meal carts for nursing units according to established schedules
• Assist with patient tray preparation, including arranging silverware and matting trays
• Support assigned stations or other duties as requested by your supervisor
• Collaborate with dietary and nutrition team members to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service, kitchen sanitation, or related healthcare support roles is a plus
• Ability to follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
