About the Role

Harmoniq Residential seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the daily management of Lake Shore Commons and provide support to the nearby IVY townhome community. The position focuses on fostering strong relationships with residents, board members, and vendors while ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise maintenance requests, coordinate vendor services, and oversee routine inspections to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Prepare and manage budgets, collect dues, and maintain accurate financial records for both communities.
• Facilitate board meetings, draft minutes, and communicate decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly, building trust through consistent, transparent communication.
• Ensure compliance with association governing documents, local ordinances, and safety regulations.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident turnover for the IVY townhome rental community.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in condo or homeowners association management, property management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive relationships with diverse groups.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, from financial administration to maintenance coordination.
• Familiarity with budgeting, dues collection, and basic accounting practices.
• Organized, detail‑oriented mindset coupled with proficient use of property‑management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM) are a plus but not required.
