About the Role
As the Lead Teaching Pastor you will serve as the chief communicator of Scripture, providing spiritual direction while partnering with the elder board to ensure the church remains faithful to its mission and doctrine.
What You'll Do
- Deliver weekly sermons and lead mid‑week teaching series
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual mentorship to members
- Collaborate with the elder team on vision setting, strategic planning, and doctrinal oversight
- Oversee discipleship pathways, small‑group curriculum, and leadership development
- Guide worship planning and ensure services reflect biblical truth and cultural relevance
- Encourage missional outreach, community partnerships, and global engagement initiatives
