Home Instead is recruiting a dedicated Care Assistant (Mornings) to join our team in Folkestone & Hythe District. This is a full-time position supporting clients across the local community with essential daily living care during morning shifts.

Position Summary

As a Care Assistant (Mornings) with Home Instead, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes during morning hours. This full-time role is ideal for someone committed to making a real difference in clients' lives, ensuring they start their day with dignity, support, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home
• Prepare and help with breakfast and morning meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light domestic tasks related to personal care areas
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the care coordination team
• Respond promptly to client needs and report any concerns

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in care work or proven experience supporting vulnerable people
• Ability to deliver compassionate, dignified care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness to support clients safely with mobility and personal care
• Reliability and punctuality for morning shifts
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
