Responsibilities
- Manage candidate scheduling, interviews, and job placement follow-ups to keep our pipeline moving smoothly
- Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Maintain accurate candidate records and staffing databases to track progress and outcomes
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm placements and resolve questions
- Screen resumes and applications to identify promising matches for open positions
- Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative coordination for newly placed staff
- Support compliance and recordkeeping requirements for all staffing activities
