Account Executive

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for a remote, full-time position. You'll drive revenue growth by developing client relationships and closing deals in our merchant sales division.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts and identify new business opportunities in our merchant sales division. This remote role offers flexibility while you focus on client engagement and revenue generation. You'll work directly with prospects and existing clients, translating their needs into solutions that drive measurable impact for both them and Xplor.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new clients to build and expand your sales pipeline
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to communicate value to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within your assigned territory and account base
• Maintain detailed account records and forecast pipeline activity using CRM systems
• Collaborate with support and implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Track key sales metrics and report regularly on progress toward revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in account sales, business development, or a similar sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with demonstrated ability to build client rapport
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM platforms and comfort with sales analytics tools
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with the discipline to meet or exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
