Account Executive

We're hiring a remote Account Executive to join Xplor's sales team, serving our North Charleston, SC-based headquarters. As an Account Executive, you'll drive revenue growth by building relationships with merchants and delivering innovative solutions to help their businesses scale.

As an Account Executive, you'll be the face of our organization to prospective clients, representing our comprehensive suite of merchant solutions to new markets. You'll work independently and collaboratively with a team dedicated to customer success.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify potential merchant clients through research, outreach, and relationship building
• Present Xplor's software and services solutions tailored to each prospect's business needs
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase how our platform drives efficiency and revenue
• Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecast revenue within your territory
• Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling software, merchant services, or business solutions
• Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and uncover client pain points through consultative selling
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales technology to manage your pipeline
• Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, retail solutions, or adjacent verticals is a plus
