Account Executive

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join our remote-based sales team, serving the Greenville, SC area and beyond. This is a full-time opportunity to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships with our solutions.

What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through closing and account management. You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our offerings as the right fit. Working remotely from your location in or around Greenville, SC, you'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver client success and expand our market presence regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories, generating and nurturing qualified leads
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate how Xplor solutions deliver measurable value
• Manage the entire sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and keeping opportunities moving through each stage
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and success
• Track all activities and customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records

What You Bring

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account executive roles, ideally with SaaS, software, or merchant services experience
• Strong ability to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close deals independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
• Comfort working in a remote environment with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and established sales methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
