Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team based in Columbus, OH, serving clients across the United States in a fully remote position. This is a Full-Time opportunity to develop and manage customer relationships while driving revenue growth for a growing technology company.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals. You'll work directly with enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning Xplor's solutions as the right fit for their needs. This role offers the autonomy to drive your own success while collaborating with a supportive sales team. Your success will be measured by new customer acquisition, revenue targets, and building lasting business relationships that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in your assigned territory
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and objectives
• Develop compelling proposals and sales presentations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate contract terms and guide clients through the sales process to successful closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams including implementation and customer success to ensure smooth transitions
• Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM systems

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record of success as an Account Executive or similar direct sales role
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and quotas
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
