Cafcass is recruiting for a Business Service Officer to join our South Africa office. In this full-time position, you'll be the operational cornerstone of our team, ensuring our Social Workers and colleagues have the support they need to deliver effective services to children and families.
What This Role Involves
You'll serve as an essential support function within our office environment, maintaining smooth operations and enabling our teams to work effectively. Your role will centre on coordinating with colleagues across the organisation, managing office resources, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of team activities, meetings, and supervision sessions.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational running of the office and facilitate team environments
- Coordinate and organise schedules for team meetings and supervision sessions
- Provide administrative support to Social Workers and other professionals working directly with children and families
- Manage office resources, equipment, and facilities to support team operations
- Assist colleagues with general administrative and coordination needs
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Contribute to team objectives and organisational goals
