Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales organization. This remote position combines strategic prospecting, relationship building, and closing opportunities to achieve ambitious sales targets. You'll work with key decision-makers to understand business needs and position solutions that drive measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to uncover client pain points and opportunities
• Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to prospect priorities and business objectives
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Track activity, pipeline health, and forecasting using CRM and sales tools
