Account Executive

Xplor is hiring an Account Executive for a full-time, remote position serving merchants and businesses in the Montebello, CA, US area. We're seeking a results-driven sales professional ready to build client relationships and drive revenue growth.

About This Position

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle for merchant and small business solutions. This remote role combines prospecting, product demonstrations, and negotiations to deliver consistent revenue results. You'll work independently while supported by a collaborative sales team and have direct control over your success and earning potential.

Core Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within merchant services and SMB segments
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customized proposals for qualified prospects
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining healthy deal structure and pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Track pipeline activity, forecast deals, and report on sales results and performance metrics

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably 2+ years in merchant services or payment solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build trust and rapport
• Self-motivated with drive to hit targets and earn through commission-based incentives
• Ability to research accounts, identify decision makers, and execute effective outbound prospecting
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments with excellent time management
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
