About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through closing deals and building lasting partnerships. Working remotely from Corpus Christi or surrounding areas, you'll leverage your sales expertise to identify market opportunities, engage decision-makers, and deliver solutions that meet client needs. Your Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads through proactive outreach, research, and networking
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver targeted product presentations
• Develop compelling proposals and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements that exceed revenue targets
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Track metrics, forecast pipeline activity, and report progress to leadership

Requirements

• Proven track record in direct sales or account management, ideally 2+ years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong persuasion skills
• Self-directed and motivated to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
• Comfort with remote work and ability to manage time independently
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales technology
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a competitive environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
