Account Executive

Join Xplor as an Account Executive and drive revenue growth in our merchant sales division. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Westminster, CA, US, where you'll build lasting client partnerships and expand our market presence.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects while nurturing existing client relationships. You'll leverage your expertise to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and guide deals to successful closure. This role offers the autonomy to manage your territory, the support of a collaborative team, and the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through research, outreach, and strategic networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Present product solutions that address customer pain points and business objectives
• Negotiate contract terms and move opportunities through the sales pipeline to close
• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
• Track customer interactions, maintain accurate forecasts, and report on pipeline activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction

What You Bring

• Proven track record in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally in payment processing, technology, or B2B services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Comfort with CRM platforms and sales technology tools
• Resilience, coachability, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Experience in account management, territory expansion, or merchant services a plus
