About the Role

As a Student Aide with On The Go Kids, you'll play a vital part in supporting our after-school and youth activity programs. This is hands-on work that directly impacts children's development, growth, and enjoyment. What You'll Do

• Assist program staff in supervising and mentoring students during structured activities and downtime
• Support classroom and program setup, including organizing materials, equipment, and learning spaces
• Help facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and recreational programs
• Provide transportation assistance when needed for program participants
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students
• Help students with homework support and skill-building exercises
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure program success

What We're Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license held for a minimum of one year
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within 30 minutes of Downingtown, PA
• Genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
• Responsible, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to comply with program safety standards and policies
