You'll work on matters spanning antitrust, mergers and acquisitions litigation, civil investigations, criminal defense, data privacy, consumer protection, tort law, and white-collar crime. The position combines courtroom work with documentary discovery, motion practice, and client counseling across a range of case types and industries.
What You'll Do
- Conduct pre-trial and trial work on substantial commercial disputes
- Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and discovery disputes
- Manage document review and develop litigation strategy
- Represent clients in civil litigation, criminal defense, and regulatory investigations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on antitrust, M&A, white-collar, and consumer protection matters
- Participate in depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings
Skills & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or equivalent foreign law degree
- Minimum three years of litigation experience in a law firm or related setting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
- Admitted to practice (or willing to seek admission) in New York
