Position Summary

As Clinical Management Manager at Accenture, you'll oversee clinical operations and management functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and organizational efficiency. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic clinical protocols, and collaborate with healthcare clients to optimize their clinical delivery models. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clinical operations, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Lead and mentor clinical management teams to deliver client solutions and drive performance excellence
• Develop and execute clinical strategies aligned with client objectives and Accenture's service delivery goals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, clinical sciences, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical management, healthcare operations, or related management roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
