Join Chads Design Build as a Residential Construction Production Manager in Madison, Dane County. This full-time, onsite position oversees the successful delivery of high-quality residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
What This Role Involves
As our Residential Construction Production Manager, you'll manage the complete construction lifecycle for residential projects. You'll coordinate crews, schedule work, track progress, and maintain quality standards while ensuring projects stay on budget and timeline. Your Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate construction activities, labor, equipment, and materials across active projects

- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
- Liaise between clients, designers, trades, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of production management or crew lead experience in residential construction or remodeling
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management software and basic computer skills
