Sr. Director Enabling Functions

Role Overview

In this Sr. Director Enabling Functions role at Insulet, you will oversee key enabling functions—such as operations, human resources, finance, legal, or technology support—that power our organization. Core Duties

• Lead and optimize enabling function operations to increase organizational efficiency and business impact
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute enabling-function strategy aligned with company vision
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across assigned functions
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management standards across all enabling functions
• Serve as a thought leader on organizational effectiveness and cross-functional business needs

What You Bring

• Significant director-level experience leading enabling functions, business operations, or comparable leadership roles
• Proven track record of strategic leadership, organizational improvement, and cross-functional influence
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational skills with data-driven decision-making capability
• Experience building, scaling, and leading teams in complex, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, human resources, or related discipline
