SAP FP&A Lead

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced SAP FP&A Lead to join our Highland Park, Dallas office on a full-time basis. You'll drive the design, implementation, and optimization of financial planning and budgeting capabilities across a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program, partnering directly with Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to modernize how the organization manages its financial performance.

What This Role Involves

As SAP FP&A Lead, you'll own the strategic planning and financial forecasting workstreams within a large-scale SAP transformation. Your focus will be building scalable, repeatable financial planning processes and performance management systems that enable cross-functional collaboration between finance and operations. You'll work closely with Finance Directors, Controllers, and C-suite executives to translate their planning requirements into integrated SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of FP&A modules within SAP S/4HANA, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytics
• Establish standardized financial planning processes and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture
• Guide testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
• Optimize reporting and performance dashboards to support executive decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or optimizing Financial Planning and Analysis solutions
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP, with S/4HANA experience preferred
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work across executive and operational teams
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
