Role Overview
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of UBC's HR department. Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment initiatives, including posting positions, screening applications, and coordinating interview logistics
- Provide administrative coordination for employee onboarding and orientation programmes
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee services inquiries
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure accurate departmental records
- Coordinate workplace compliance activities and ensure adherence to employment standards
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related questions from staff and departments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources administration or related administrative support role
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
