Role Overview

This position is at the heart of what we do at AWI Management Corporation. You'll serve as the on-site operational leader, managing all aspects of daily property activities, resident relations, and property maintenance with a genuine commitment to excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collection processes
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and property upkeep to ensure quality living conditions
• Manage budgets, financial records, and operational expenses for the property
• Conduct property inspections and address compliance with local housing codes and regulations
• Foster community engagement and resident satisfaction through organized events and direct outreach
• Monitor property security, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, residential operations, or related community-focused roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer systems
• Willingness to live on-site at the property—housing is provided as part of this position
• Monday through Friday availability on a full-time basis (32 hours per week)
• Problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in supporting residents and communities
