As Podcast Writer and Interviewer, you'll create compelling audio narratives and conduct in-depth interviews with industry experts and thought leaders. What You'll Do
- Write episode scripts, interview guides, and content outlines that reflect our editorial voice and strategic priorities
- Research and evaluate potential guests, conduct background briefings, and lead interviews that yield genuine insights
- Edit and refine audio content for clarity, pacing, and listener engagement
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure consistent quality and on-schedule delivery
- Develop episode descriptions, show notes, and promotional content
- Monitor audience metrics and feedback to refine editorial direction and interview topics
- Maintain editorial calendars and manage publication timelines across multiple episodes
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience writing for or producing podcasts, or related work in audio journalism or content creation
- Strong interviewing skills and comfort conducting conversations with diverse guests on complex topics
- Excellent research abilities and attention to accuracy and editorial detail
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows, editing software, and audio platforms
- Portfolio of published podcast work or audio samples demonstrating your writing and interviewing capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple episode projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Natural curiosity and genuine interest in storytelling through audio
