Janitorial Account Manager

Integrity National Corporation is seeking a Janitorial Account Manager to join its team in Lenoir Rhyne, Catawba County, where you will oversee client relationships and service delivery for commercial cleaning operations. This full‑time position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness while managing accounts, coordinating staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Janitorial Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that cleaning services meet contractual requirements and client expectations. You will work closely with operations teams to schedule crews, monitor performance, and address any service issues promptly.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed service plans tailored to each client's facility needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with health standards.
• Manage daily janitorial staff assignments, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests, providing timely resolutions.
• Track key performance indicators such as response times, supply usage, and labor costs.
• Prepare monthly account reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and cost‑effective.
• Assist in the onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs and contract reviews.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in account management, facilities services, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with janitorial operations, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits within the region.
