About the Role
As Janitorial Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued cleaning service clients. You'll combine relationship management with operational oversight, ensuring every account delivers the quality and reliability our customers depend on.
What You'll Do
- Oversee assigned janitorial service accounts, from contract initiation through ongoing delivery
- Meet with clients to understand their cleaning service needs and expectations
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to maintain service quality
- Monitor account budgets and manage labor costs to drive profitability
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address client concerns in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts
- Track performance metrics, generate progress reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulations
What We're Looking For
- Background in account management, customer service, or janitorial operations
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
- Comfort with budgeting and basic financial analysis
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
- Willingness to visit client locations on a regular basis
