Detailer/Car Washer

What This Role Involves

As a Detailer and Car Washer at Andy Mohr, you'll be responsible for making sure every vehicle in our inventory presents beautifully to potential buyers. Working at one of Indiana's premier automotive retail operations, you'll gain experience in professional vehicle preparation and care while supporting our fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles to showroom-ready standards
• Perform exterior detailing, including waxing and polishing as needed
• Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, wiping, and odor removal
• Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and report issues to management
• Maintain detailing equipment and keep the work area organized
• Work efficiently to support high-volume vehicle turnover

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced dealership environment
• Previous detailing or car washing experience a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
